Just been having a debate with some Rhinos over on Facebook and they seem to think that we are in serious danger of getting thrown out of Super League in 2015.

We will probably be at risk in 2014 (2015 is the start of the next-but-one franchise period) if things do not change. By that, I mean crowds and on-filed still crap. But its likely academic, cos if they both are then we'll likely not GET to 2014. So the question is almost certainly of academic interest only.

Will anyway all depend on what they set as the criteria for that franchising round, and maybe what licence we get this time round. B-licensees (like us - and we were only 1 point off an A licence) have not had to submit full applications, and are prima facie safe I think provided nothing stupid happens. And we were NOT one of those clubs warned about their grounds. If we get a B again (which I reckon we still should) then maybe same will happen next time round?

I have sent in a question about this. See if it comes up tonight.

But anyway, you should know better than getting into debates with Leeds fans - they will just wind you up for fun.

Not a hope in hell of Bradford not getting a licence. The RFL can publish whatever criteria they want but they would bend it to keep Bradford in, & so they should.

At the FF tonight (and, prob no surprise to anyone, in answer to one of my questions) - club are not complacent, but have no reason to believe Bulls will not get a Licence for next 3 years. Stadium prevents any chance of an A Licence, but unless something very unexpected happens the club ought to be OK.

As for 2015-17 Licences, again in answer to my question, Peter Hood said that was far too far in the future with far too many imponderables to be able to give any objective answer.

He also said we'd be doing a dummy run this year and was at this point the only club doing so. Hopefully the findings will be public
