We will probably be at risk in 2014 (2015 is the start of the next-but-one franchise period) if things do not change. By that, I mean crowds and on-filed still crap. But its likely academic, cos if they both are then we'll likely not GET to 2014. So the question is almost certainly of academic interest only.
Will anyway all depend on what they set as the criteria for that franchising round, and maybe what licence we get this time round. B-licensees (like us - and we were only 1 point off an A licence) have not had to submit full applications, and are prima facie safe I think provided nothing stupid happens. And we were NOT one of those clubs warned about their grounds. If we get a B again (which I reckon we still should) then maybe same will happen next time round?
