These are number of wins per team in five year windows from 1980 (which is when my data for every match of the season starts) to present.

By this method, and ignoring absolutely every other factor there is, the most dominant team of any five year period is us, 2000 - 2005.

I hereby declare us champions of arbitrary time windows.
