So for all the "it was a non game for us" comments, if we had won we could have had the home game advantage for the Million pound game.
Comments like "if we had won Wakefield would have played better" won't hold water, just think what could have been.

Why don't they hold water? It's a valid point. Attitude is a huge factor in RL. Halifax wanted more than a side who had nothing to play for yesterday, Sheffield wanted it more than a side who had nothing to play for today.

We could have home advantage but had Mullaney out with a hamstring injury. Or O'brien get one hit too many and is out with a concussion injury. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Personally i would rather go to BV with a fully fit squad rather than a home game with key men missing.

This and yesterdays results are the reasons that all 4 matches of the last day of the qualifiers should have kicked off at the same time.

FFS. Our PD was 56 worse. You are deluding yourself. Of course Wakey took the day off and quite right too. Let it go.

Whilst we're predicting what would happen if we'd done X,y and z. Would we definitely win at home but lose away? Oh and would we have picked up any injuries or will Mullaney pull up in training this week because he had a week off?

Halifax were the better team yesterday and deservedly won. We've got the bigger picture to look at and a very big game on Saturday. I'm sure this can all be dissected again in the 'Lowes out thread' on Saturday if we don't win the £1M game.

Wakey didn't take the day off they were dire. Am expecting you to beat us by a cricket score next week.

On balance, I wish our game at Widnes hadn't kicked off at all! or maybe finished after about ten minutes!! )

I feel that Leigh and Bradford's seasons haven't been truly reflected by what's happened in the Qualifiers, yet you are still in with a definite shout of going up. That does offer hope for the future.

Whilst I have thoroughly enjoyed our meetings this season, and would miss the Bulls' tremendous following and the atmosphere of our games, I really do hope that you can pull it off next week.

Let's get Wakefield down to the Championship, beat them twice in the League, and then blow it again in the Qualifiers - providing we earn the right to do that!
