I think people tend to forget this. Some seem to be under the impression all he ever did was look for players to add to the squad.
Whilst Rohan might take on the player recruitment side, the other aspects of Ferres' job won't fall to a head coach. And I'd be surprised if people like Robbie had the necessary skill set. Green said they were looking to replace Ferres, and I think it needs that. Albeit with the right bloke rather than just someone who is willing to work for peanuts.
