Leith is class. Janes on Leith walk is excellent (good breakfast)

Pivo is excellent, near the royal mile but defo not touristy. Virtually any boozer in Edinburgh is great. if you're feeling flush and look good (no polyester) the 'wine bars' on George Street are some of the coolest bars in the city.

Enjoy! The Caledonian brewery is good if you can get in - can't remember if you need to prebook for a tour.

The pubic triangle is good if you are into that sort of thing!
