I'd agree with that. I'll also add that I would like to see Halley extent his stay as he's a Bradford product who has been overall excellent for us this year in the circumstances, but I still have doubts about either Platt or Halley being the long term solution at Full Back for different reasons.
..and as for suggestions that halley will be off just because he thinks Macca took too long to pick him, so he's going to disapear in some sort of huff at the personal slight.. all after having a long run at FB with the full trust of the coach, then we dont need players like that anyway...but I'm sure thats not the case, and the "good authority", unless its Halley himself, which it wont be, is wrong.
If he does go it will be because someone else has offered him a better deal, but I suggest he'll be staying.
