It's very subjective to be fair and I'm not even sure there is a definitive answer to your question.
Let's take it bit by bit. 'Stole the integrity of the league', is specious at best, and in truth nothing more than plain, empty rhetoric or more likely just pretentious twaddle. In any case, the league had already sold its integrity long ago, as any fan will tell you, when they, a) started using substitutes, b)went to six tackles, c) reduced it further to four tackles, d) put tries up from three points to four, e) moved to two divisions, and brought in promotion and relegation, f) reduced drop goals to one point, g) went to three divisions, h) shacked up with Murdock, i) started to play in summer, j) shafted Keighley, k) started SL and got rid of Promotion and relegation...ZZzzz. so suffice it to say, subjective or not, for whatever reason you personally may choose, everyone agrees that the RFL hasn't got any integrity left to lose.
As for the charge of 'using money given etc etc.......' please see my earlier post above.
