Excellent reaction Thommo. It's clear from the recent comments of Jimmy Lowes and Steve Ferres that they see an Academy structure as a key component of a successful strategy. I was worried that youth policy might be seen as an expensive luxury -- pleased I was too pessimistic.
There's no doubt that being in the second tier will make it more difficult to recruit promising youngsters so Bullbuilders efforts will be even more important now.
