Would it be classed as a Wakey home game [assuming that's where it will be played] or is it an official RFL match, like say the WCC?

To be honest I'd guess the home team would take expenses, the RFL would grab a wedge and maybe the rest would be shared, but there's probably some proviso written into the contract which states our share has to be taken and divvied up between all the SL clubs.

I would have though each team gets an allocation of tickets and keeps they money from the tickets they sold

But then who pays for the costs involved in hosting the game? It'll either be a split after costs or we simply get the 10% as per usual for any away tickets sold by the club. Assuming we're away of course, although it seems most likely.
