It was just when the cameras went onto the riverside stand, it didn't come over all that loud but they were definitely Hudds fans doing the singing and so I assumed it was 'Fartown'....Hey ho!

think Hudds have always been claret and gold, certainly as long as I can remember.

One club who's 'fans' often get it wrong is Leeds - I've spoken to quite a few who actually think they play in blue and gold...despite their programme being called blue and amber. Glory fans?

A worthless PhD awaits someone who can accurately describe the relationship between club colours of all sports and the colour those club actually play in. Many an identical yellow is described as yellow, gold, amber, primrose, canary, etc. Don't get me started on the reds. There are no cherries anything like the colour of anything described as such.

If we get promoted I can retire as a RL fan. There will be absolutely nothing I haven't seen the team I support do. Top of the table champions, Grand final winners, hub cap, challenge cup, treble, world club champions, administration, last minute saviours, relegation. Promotion is the only thing I personally haven't seen.

I believe with the full gamut of possible experiences we have been through it is incumbent on fans of all other clubs to shut up and listen to us in reverential silence.
