I thought that, but unless they've given Caprice a squad number, I can't think of 32 full time contracted players. Only the 31 that happen to be on Bullseye's Squad list. As you say, there won't be a player with number 18 as it's the fans' competition.

Either
We've signed someone (unlikely)
Caprice been given a squad number
We've promoted a youngster
Etu has taken 33 due to liking the number, and there's no 32.
We've left another number free (maybe 7?)


My money would be on one of the bottom 2.

You are (partially) correct and I'm wrong. There are 32 players.

I actually hadn't forgotten Mathers (although he's not listed on Bullseye's list). On my own list, I'd missed out Baile, and then somehow managed to not pick that up when comparing to Bullseye's.

I think I need more sleep.....

I was definitely wrong when I counted up. There are 32 players contracted (not including Caprice on trial), and since the 18 shirt is given to a fan, they would go up to 33 without missing any out. So my 5 options are just drivel really....
