I'd give him the full season at Fullback with Mendieka at Centre. Both written off last year but both have stuck by us. If we are in a position to stay up at the end of the year then fair enough, look at strengthening.

Having Toovey as coach there will be many players not only busting a gut to show him what they can do but hopefully improving under his coaching.
I would expect a very spirited and hard working effort from the lads on Sunday in front of the new coach. Would any player go out and coast knowing that first impressions count. I expect a win this week form effort alone.
