That echoes my experience too. I have seen them disrupted at RL games but it's always fallen into one of three categories. 1) Children (forgivable), 2) The person coming out of the stand/loo who doesn't realise a silence has started and is gobbing off / singing (forgivable as long as you believe the mistake was genuine), 3) Drunken idiots at one of those games that is designed for non-regular fans who come along just for a session (Grand Final / Cup Final / Magic Weekend / Summer Bash etc)..
There's also 'that guy' whose phone goes off, and instead of very quickly and quietly turning it onto silent, feels the need to answer it and LOUDLY explain to the caller that he cannot talk right now because there is a minutes silence going on and will they please call back etc etc etc
