If you go on the Leigh board they seem quite confident. Apparently DB is still on board but will not be throwing money around as in previous years. But I suppose he could pull the plug at any time.
I just had a call from the Bulls asking me if I'm going to renew my ST? I will, but not before Christmas as funds are tight.
I'm hoping that this isn't a sign of poor sales, and is instead just actual, bona-fide customer-care. Anyone else had a call?
To be fair, it seems a very sensible use of telemarketing - contacting 'previous customers', would seem to be reasonable use of the phone, unless you've specifically told them not to, of course.
I didn't have a season ticket last year, but did the previous years and I've had no call. So looks like they're just targeting those that had season tickets last year and haven't yet renewed.
I also got a call having renewed a couple of weeks ago so the old database problem of previous years continues. However they did spend time advertising the ticketet pick up day and Boxing Day with York so may get some income from making contacts.
