The gameday experience has been poor for quite a while and i just put it down to the club trying to cut costs which is fair enough, the stewards are quite lax if you want to bring your own food in mind, seen picnics before now.

The larger the crowds we get id hope it would improve slowly.

Exactly. I can just imagine the reception anyone would get if they took a mostly empty bottle back and said, "someone kicked it over and it's all spilled out, because you took the top off"

My first thought is that they worry you'll be throwing it with something else altogether in it. The after effects of pop shall we say.

I quite like the weird hotdogs in a bar but on Sunday saw they had some baked taties in the warmer so had one of them with cheese. It was OK too. The cost of a pint of San Miguel (which i don't really like that much unless I'm in Spain!) and the taties though came to £7.70 which is a bit steep, but if the extra couple of quid keeps the club afloat then I can live with that. If i was tight or skint, I could have brought my own baked tatie and a cold can to consume in the car once parked up, for about a pound, so the club is making a bit - but I suspect there will be a significant amount of hot food goes to waste each match so that needs to be factored in too as well as staffing costs etc.

Also I'd be pretty certain that the Bulls in the current setup will analyse closely the net results of all the things mentioned - entry price and takers, beer and food costs and sales etc. I'd be surprised if they didn't as they seem to watch the pennies. I would think they would react more to actual sales and wastage in setting and reviewing prices than individual opinions, which are valid, but not necessarily representative.

Aren't the food outlets concessions and not run by the club? I think the bars are under club control though.
