Andy Powell? When I watched him play union I always thought that he would make a good league player. He tackled hard, made good yards and was very aggressive. I was quite jealous when Wigan signed him. But it just doesn't seem to be happening for him in league.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but he needs a pre-season before being judged.

If he was the same age as Gelling I have little doubt he would adapt, but he's over 30 already. He needs 2 or 3 years to get used to the game which I am not sure his body has left. Massive gamble by the inbred hillbillies.

You seem to be convined that its a kiwi and hes not been mentioned on this forum so im gonna chuck another name in Chase Stanley who plays for St George hes out of contract this year hes played for New Zeland even though hes born in AUS (plays centre) and plays both wing and back row we know how FC loves his utility players

He also has to sons, with him being 24 i would guess they aren't very old, would be surprised to see him coming to the UK with them. You mean from the link i posted before you FA .

If its a player we havent mentioned we must have done it now haha, some of those props that are OOC would certainly add abit of spice to our pack, are we dead set on using our overseas sport on a centre???

I think personally with the little bit of info we have it is either Junior Vaivai or Sosaia Feki, neither seem to be first team regulars with Vaivai playing for the St George feeder club and Feki only seems to have a 1yr contract, so they would be looking for game time which we could offer, both are Zealanders, so that would fit. Am i warm?
