The confidentiality agreement could be both ways and avoid revealing something the purchasers think would make conducting business more difficult. Nothing in the wording explicitly says that it's Omar Khan that's requested this.

I am assuming its a way of keeping OK's Director loan (900k+) reimbursement private of which I expect has been put on some sort of payment plan over the next few years.
