There is was no 750k parachute payment. The 750k was actually 780k and was the Central funding allocated to the highest placed team in the league, which as highest placed relegated team was us.
Central funding next year is 780k for first (Leigh), 770k for second (us) 550k for third etc. so no significant drop in funding from that source.
Think our cap spend will stay same but the concentrated on fewer higher quality players rather than quantity. It's a balancing act getting sufficent injury cover balanced with quality. We went too far other way in 2014 and struggled with injuries all yr. this yr we've gone too far the other way and been relatively lucky with injuries, those we have had being to key players rather than arrests where we had a lot of depth.
