Astonishing result! Well done on being the first Championship side to show how it's done. The downside, from my (Leigh) point of view is that you've just made a bad weekend for us, so much worse!

Still, a sincere 'well done'

P.S. What price 'Lowes out' now, eh?

Great performance.

Like many i was livid after last week and turned up today expecting another defeat (although i though we would have a dig, but fall away in the end)

1-17 were superb and it would be harsh on any of them to be replaced to accommodate Gaskell. But he is too good of a player not to leave out when fit. Although as someone mentioned earlier, who is the better player, Gaskell or Mullaney. Not much between them.

The forwards were superb and special mentions to Sidlow, Ferguson and Olbison.

Thought James Clare was MOM and i think he showed a clear difference in class between him and Ryan Shaw. The two try savers (one where he intercepted and the tackle he made towards the end of the game) were out of this world. If Zak Hardaker had have done them, they would have been replayed over and over again. He had no right to stop either the two tries.

Then there was the fantastic bit of skill of creating Williams try.

Widnes up next who will be desperate for a win as they are only on 4 points (But have already played Sheffield and Halifax) Another 4 pointer.

I think the week off will do us good to get Gaskell and Mullaney fit. We haven't exactly been a consistent side this year so i don't think a week off will be a bad thing. This performance probably took a lot out of us anyway.

Same here glad the CC is this weekend gives them all a rest thought we where going to throw it away near the end of the first half looked out on our feet for a couple of spells but we missed up and but Salford through th wringer, at the end they looked shattered, some total belting tries today and some fantastic try saving tackles by Clare.

Haven't felt this good after a performance than when we wine to hudds and won there a couple of years ago

At last, after waiting since February, we got just about the complete performance today. I must admit after last weeks debacle I was starting to lose the faith, but fully restored now. How do you explain this week, any more than how could you explain last week? Best not think about it, lets savour today for a while. Onwards to the Widnes game, where nothing less will do I suspect.

Well done from a Rovers fan. Would like to see you guys in the million pound game or promotion over a Lancashire side any day of the week. Good luck in the remaining games.

I was very surprised we won at Widnes today with half a team rested but after watching you against Wakefield last week I didn't think you had a chance but you hammered them I was shocked but well done think the qualifiers needed it
