Unfortunately you're not far wrong. The way of the world nowadays to complain on social media to get attention rather than doing it the most effective or even the "right" way.
I tend to agree with what you and a couple of others say. I'd be up at Odsal demanding to speak to the man in charge and I wouldn't be leaving until I did or the police turned up to remove me. If on the other hand I was the person who hadn't been paid, the last thing I'd be doing is showing up to work. If the place I work didn't pay me on the agreed day and the agreed amount, they wouldn't get a minute's work out of me until they did.
If this is true from Mabel, and I have no right to say it is or isn't, then it's a bad sign for the club, but it's a worse sign for the people who haven't been paid what they're owed. And in fact any other employees at Odsal who will surely be fearful of the same happening to them. Except the website and social media guy, that fecker doesn't deserve to be paid in washers.
