Compensated players & staff, distributors and suppliers. Obviously HMRC come first and foremost in the administrators thoughts.
Deadline for final bids is tonight. The administrator will then write to all unsecured creditors asking them to attend a creditors meeting next week (seven days notice), where the preferred new owner will be made known.
Unless someone official from the administrators team has categorically stated that ST's will be honoured, then people who have bought ST's over the last few weeks will be unsecured creditors.

This is actually one of the most weird things about this administration to me. Technically, you'd think you're right, but wasn't the administrator reported last week in the T&A that such is the great support for the club, that people were still coming in and buying season tickets?
Leaving aside the question of how stupid any such people would be - WTF??

But, as we know from above comments that a deal has already been done, who has persuaded all these other bidders to take part in a complete charade, which they have already lost, and why are they doing this?
If the administrator has indeed already done a deal on the QT, as is being repeatedly alleged, wouldn't that be 100% illegal? Why would a professional insolvency practitioner risk his livelihood by operating outside the law?

Exactly right FA. There's a difference between on one hand rumours / speculation who might be ahead and in contrast what some people are suggesting as a done deal BEFORE all submitted bids have been received let alone considered and analysed. Everything this administrator has done and said suggests he is a professional .

I am one of the stupid people who is purchasing my Season Ticket. First of all - if there is no money in the pot how do you think the administrator can pay the players, staff wages? To be even in with a chance of carrying on, we have to back the Club and hope for the best. We at least have something tangible if we get Season Ticket but last time the fans poured hard earned savings into the Club - it just disappeared. (Mrs Rarebreed) So let's just be patient and wait and see the outcome.

Well that's OK as long as you buy with the understanding that you may possibly lose that money or you are happy to pay that amount regardless of the league we are in next year. Personally speaking, I don't have the spare cash or inclination to 'buy blind' so I'm definitely waiting to see what I am potentially committing a whole season to.
I've seen some are 'backing Rohan and the youngsters, by buying a membership and I can see where they're coming from with that mindset. I do feel we have a good un in RS and the work at junior level is fantastic. But I just feel completely worn out with it all at the moment. Perhaps a new owner and some fresh board members might be enough to convince me to buy in for a season. If we get another owner who needs the fans to stump up again to cover the funding shortfall, I'll certainly be stepping back a little and see how things go.

Well I bought mine long ago, so what ever league we are in I will be attending (that's if we have a team)

So did I. When I went up to the shop a couple of weeks ago to pick up some goods for Christmas, the lady said shirts would hopefully be here in time for the Season Ticket pick up on Sunday 11th in the Coral Stand. Does anyone know if that's still going ahead?
I bought mine on the Saturday before we went into admin in the Monday!!!
I bought on visa which wants paying off now. So - unless the club is liquidated and/or refuses to honour and I can claim the cash back - I'm stuck with the damn thing whatever happens to us.
