Fev season ticket holders are not exempt, at least according to their closed group on FB.

Don't see what the problem is.

If you want to sit at the railway end, it's £2 extra on the day.

If you don't want to pay it, or prefer to sit/stand elsewhere, there's no charge in the other two stands, or on the terracing.

That's 2400 free seats and space for about 3500 on the terracing.

My advice is to get there early and stake your spot, the tight buggers of Fev will be in place long before kick off to avoid the fee.

The problem is over 1,000 Bulls fans (and no doubt some Fev too) bought tickets before this extra charge was announed. And since it hadn't been used before, nobody could see it coming. A lot of those fans (myself included) bought those tickets with the intention of sitting in the stand behind the sticks that we sat in lat season. The tickets were sold under false pretences.

So what happens if the other parts of the ground get overcrowded?

They can't. As part of any Ground Safety certificate, they must be able to close any area once it reaches its capacity.

I ordered my tickets on Monday from Bradford and haven't received them through the post yet. Has anyone received there's through the the post yet?

I ordered at about 7:30am Monday morning and they arrived the following day. Probably not what you wanted to hear though.
