It'd be ironic if we got a new shop that fans could actually fit into at the point when there were no fans left.

Thanks Friday and FA. On paper the plan seems there to give the club a solid base and work up. The whole tiering of the academy and running a reserve team really leads me to believe the building blocks are being put in place for licensing to return. The same way Widnes got in, not overly great on the field at the time but well structured top to bottom. My little lad will be a few months off being five when next season starts so hoping he will be at an age where he will sit and watch and I will buy me and him a season ticket should what he said be in place regardless of division we are in.

Also the proof will be in the pudding if we now get a couple of players in now it has been put out there we are speaking to a couple of players in Oz. If im being totally honest I may be taken in by what that said but also like the small steps it reads as rather than the hope of back door entry to a higher league than we deserve to be in

Although the rules regarding admin were a penalty between 6-12 points,depending on several factors, including how much debt was paid off...

Also Wood went on record saying the 12 point penalty was given when we still had a squad and a reasonable chance of staying up.

If we've paid some of the creditors after all then it shouldn't have been a 12pt deduction. I realise this ship has sailed but it just adds to my sense of disgust at the whole shady process.

Something I found particularly interesting in the interview was mentioning they are now looking to bring in a conditioning coach. The lack of one up to now could explain the hundreds of points eing run against us in the last 20 minutes of every match

It's was the RFL who made that call to satisfy only the Rugby League side of the debt; the money we owed St Helens, Whitehaven, Dewsbury and ISC etc.

Still counts as some repayment of creditors. It could've knocked 2pts off the total deduction.

Gary Dempsey is strength and conditioning coach and has been since December 2014. Is the new post in addition to or a replacement?

Scrub that. Looks from his twitter like he left at the end of May. The new conditioning coach is just filling a vacancy.

It's not an additional member of staff.
