That's an auction, not sealed bids. The administrator should not be disclosing details of other parties' bids.

It appears to me that the bids put in so far fall short of paying off all the creditors - hence the openness to further bids being accepted after the deadline.

If I was in for it I wouldn't put a bid in without offering to pay all creditors except green.

I think the way it's headed we are in for been disappointed.

If it was me I'd be looking at some sort of upfront payment to the creditors along with an arrangement for the rest.That way you keep trading.

Can't say I like the sound of this. Why would the administrator delay all those 'brilliant' bids on the basis of someone phoning in at the last minute. Doesn't seem to say much for the bids already in. This makes me more pessimistic not less.
