They'll just blame it all on the Government, while commissioning another multi-million pound feasibility study from their chums in the consulting firms and recruiting some more Hug-a-tree diversity equality fraternity liberty five-a-day co-ordinators for the Moldovan community.

"Park in the heart" = "no-one in their right mind wants to set up shop in the city "centre", so we'll make a park to cover up for the fact that its that or another hole."

That's the fella. All that money on artist's impressions and none of them had the wit to put in a half demolished police station that had to be kept open because the cells in the replacement don't come close to meeting health and safety regulations.

Can any person with time and facilities research and put up here some pronouncements of Coun. Greenwood at the time the OSV plans were still in the mid-burner, if never the front one? Because I am certain that the Labour group supported the OSV and in those days (unlike now) seemed to well understand what it actually fookin was.
