I suspect that a troll would NOT
1. Publish her name and other personal details
2. Tell us that the wages had been paid
My gut feeling is that “Mabel” is a completely different case than Belcki.

Assuming the name was real and not a fabrication...

The way she first introduced her self (nam, age, city) sounded more like introducing a character or persona, than someone introducing themselves.
