Just thinking more about this complete farce...

I wonder if there will be a legal challenge lodged from any L1 team against any NewCo replacing a liquidated Bulls in the Champs?

I also wonder if that would make a, sadly, common or garden, regular Bradford admin club sale more palatable to the RFL given that any challenge based on being told you must start at the bottom would utterly fr1g the fixture list for the year if successful? (If it was possible to actually conclude such a challenge before the season begins)

However, playing devils advocate, let's say the RFL rejects the bid and BBNH is liquidated, and an L1 club did launch a legal challenge and was successful, would there then be a counter challenge to stop any reasonably strong Bradford side being dropped into L1 in 2017 thereby perhaps causing any plans for promotion being seriously affected given the assumption of a reasonable strength Bradford team and a definitely strong Toronto team?
