Interesting – none of the “big” earners prepared to forgo salary cuts but quite willing to sack and change terms and conditions for the ones left behind.
Saving pennies hoping that they will become pounds – never has worked in the past and never will in the future.

The best laid plans of mice and men, eh...but seriously, I wish them well [and I mean that] but you have to wonder how they're going to accomplish it. Is the ground still owned by the Co-op btw, or am I way out of date?

Yes when the Co-op had to sell up to a hedge fund the Wall Street types asked if they could set them up with some hot Cougars - unfortunately this was mistranslated

When an investor or sponsor looks at the books though they need to be confident it's a) not a load of rubbish and b) not a bottomless money pit.
