I have a friend who works on the sports village group. He says the only way it will happen is without the council as they are so bad. Apparently the differences with Sutcliffe have been sorted & he (my friend) is more positive now.

The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

If you like old type radio comedy/ dramas etc listen to //pumpkinfm.com/

Statistically speaking you have a better chance of getting dead the older you get!

Thank god only when you find a religion that passes the truth test!

Whats he been could doing? for that to happen, it certainly isn't a rush of common sense on his part. But if gets a one eyed Socialist on board or rather keeps his mush shut thats o/k.

you mean sutcliffe's muttered some positive words because he's remembered he represents bradford south, and it's largely bulls fans who will determine his future job prospects come election time

Where is the benefit to the rate payers of Keighley if large sums of ratepayers money are invested in the proposed "Bulls 2development as I understand there is also a rlfc (and soccer team) in the town.

It would be nice for the Bulls to move into a brand new stadium with the football. It seems from reading through all of this that the ranked orders of the council are:

1) Move the Bulls into VP and sell off Odsal (Possibly redevelop or maybe even not)
2) Move City and Bulls into a new stadium selling off Odsal to partially fund it
3) Remain at Odsal and redevelop.

If it is true that City do not own their stadium, then Odsal will be the last place the Bulls will end up if the council have their influence. Personally i think it would be better for both clubs on the whole to move to a new stadium, particularly Bulls fans who would always feel like tennant at VP. I hope your situation is resolved genuinely as we all want a top club like Bradford to kick on and succeed.

Something will have to give with the current albatross that is Odsal. Get a supermarket in and get Odsal sold off, and build a new stadium with the proceeds.

Tried that but it didn't work. There are now heaps of big supermarkets in the area so it's a none starter.

Sorry to hear that, i just suggested that as its been successful in other areas.

I think the concensus is that something actually needs to happen, staying at Odsal in its present state is not an option.

You're absolutely right and the club recognise this too.

It's anyone guess what will happen though!
