They won't be any investment if the club is Liquidated on Friday and then what use is Odsal to them, it maybe a Jewel but they will have to sell it or develop it. but the RFL won't want to develop something that no one from the RFL are going to play in?

Indeed. Happy to be liquidated to spite the RFL. Fat Nige can eat himself to death and I'll start watching Bradford & Bingley.

Correct. I love RL and have given so much to the Bulls but even i woulsnt have the sesire to dig deep into my pockets and watch some form of Bradford team play at BPA.

Agree with you right up to the part about watching yawnion.

Think I'll be spending more time on the allotment. rubbish to RL.

Everyone wants to think the RFL are acting in the worst interest of the club. In most cases the RFL have helped Bradford and the fans need to get over that. Maybe just maybe they are holding the lease for the RIGHT reasons. To ensure someone who is more interested in the ground than the club is looking to take over. It's easy to feel hard done to but everyone can't have always wanted you to end up like this!!

What a load of bullox.

Pettit is an ADMINISTRATOR and he is ADMINISTRATING the business until such time as he either is able to put a proposal to the creditors or else runs out of time and money. We already know from him that he does have offers (at least 2) unless that is a lie. Therefore at the absolute minimum there will be an offer to put to creditors and it will go from there.

The only way this could be true is if all offers had been withdrawn. Which I'd have thought we would have heard about, wouldn't you?

Having said that, I've never had any hope of anything but a pretty crap outcome this time round, we have tried and failed to find an owner with stickability and cash and so I was and am extremely pessimistic that we will on this occasion. I'd kind of assumed the outcome would be a cheap sale to a second-rate buyer and a slow death thereafter. I think a fast bullet to the head would be kinder, if there's really no-one.

Yes, but not been any help whatsoever in our case. Colluding with the clubs to confiscate funding for a year was what killed us this time round

Except holding the lease of an empty Odsal won't be much use. So, unless you count "the right reasons" as being able to cash in big-time post-Bulls, i.e. the opposite of what the RFL claimed were their motives in buying the lease, you'll have to explain that one.
