This is exactly why you need a new coach - you need someone that will get your team up for games and make them a close knit group. You're rolling over and accepting the inevitable. You've been dealt a crap hand with the points deduction, but with a team who look like they don't give a damn about it aren't helping - that's down to poor coaching.

That song could be Francis Cummins legacy. Not good enough and the recent tweeter Stuart Duffy was sat in the dug out with him today. I wonder what advice he was giving?

As much as Franny has tried and had to put up with its got to be now or never for a change and the helm...

The defence and organisation in the team is utterly non-existent, and he does not seem able to motivate the side.

For me its Noble or bust.

I think there is definitely good reason to discuss the head coach position for our club but perhaps for different reasons to some. I started a thread some weeks ago asking whether we should already be putting plans in place for life outside SL. It was largely overlooked and went off topic from what I remember. I think the club do have to ask whether FC is the best man for the job in the 2nd tier or whether we'd be better served employing a coach who knows that league and the teams in it.

There are plenty of coaches out there at the moment, two key questions for me 1-Does green care enough to pull the trigger on cummins. 2 - Would any of them want to come and work with the current bunch of players having seen their attitude the last 2 weeks.
