My choice would be Anderson, if he can get us up the league and back to Championship we can build.
Kelly is also a good choice, my only hope is that whoever is chosen its a good appointment as we don't have the luxury of been able to fail..

If Diskin applied I'd want him back. He seemed to have a knack of motivating the players and clearly the place meant something to him.
