Craig Hall, Brett Ferres, Dale Ferguson, Thomas Minns, Dean Parata, Alec Susino, Ben Hellewell, Danny Addy , Rhys Curran, Frank Winterstein, Logan Tomkins. Off top of my head, they will all offer more to their clubs than Anthony England, who I actually think is a very good signing for Bradford.
Edit - I'll also add in Sammut and Mitch Allgood who will be announced soon.
Winterstein is a good shout tbh. We needed a prop and we've signed one, let's just leave it at that. Slightly concerned that it's yet another one year deal but hey ho.
If England stays fit, it's a very good signing. There must be a few concerns over whether he will though as he's no spring chicken and I may be wrong but don't think his recent injury record is all that great? Fingers crossed he's over it though as could make a big difference.
The idea he's the best signing in the Championship is a bit laughable. Hall, Winterstein & Tomkins I would argue are certainly better, others probably debatable. But I suppose it's also about what the squad is looking for. Widnes badly needed a hooker so Tomkins was a superb deal for them. Similarly England is a better signing for Bradford than just being a former SL player because the club are severely lacking experience and grunt in the pack.

Average of 21 games a year for his 4 years at Wakefield. Played 19 times last year.

I make it 18 times last year, but the average is correct. Had a look at stats earlier. Over last 5 years (one with Wire), he's played 100 of the 162 League & Cup games. Which is 62%. Not great but not as bad as I thought it was when you consider there will be games in there he simply wasn't selected rather than being injured.
It's a concern for me, but I think it's a gamble worth taking given he brings things that the squad was definitely missing.
