Who is going to appeal it NOW? The administrator? Is that his concern?
The deduction was for going into admin, which the bulls did so thats four or six points.
If the new owners once sought offer to pay the existing creditors from the old business i could see the RFL reducing that to four and think that would be fair in the circumstances.
I think that is well within the rules.

Regarding penalty points for admin.
As i understand it the RFL need only administer a four point penalty for a club working with its creditors, so i guess reducing the penalty by two points (if that was the case with any new owner) would be within the rules.

Think it is more to do with BB2014 seemingly doing everything the RFL asked and being in talks with them for so long, and then for the RFL to slap a 6pt penalty on the Bulls which far as i can make out took BB2014 completely by surprise.

If the club is worth more with the points than without, then I guess it is the administrators concern. The decision to dock the points was always a bit presumtious anyway, since they don't what, if anything, is going to be owed until the new owner emerges. The RFL - always on the ball..

Possibly so, but in fairness to the RFL the speed things were going betweek Omar and the new BOD they had to make a decision at some point and it was dragging on somewhat.
Was it overkill to put off BB2014? maybe it was (personaly i think it was) but it was none the less within their rules.

It depends on what you choose to believe.
The RFL say they are a bunch of flyers with no money which may have taken them by surprise, but we all know that the RFL are a bunch of flyers with no clue...which surprises nobody!

unfortunately none of have seen the proposed financial plan of a) buying the club and b) paying off creditors.
The RFL in the guise of Solly and Rimmer did work with BB2014, but it appears after the full board looked at what was on the table they had a drastic change of opinion, was it after as the RFL state they were not happy with the club being bought by the funds from the central funding and not owners putting in the cash..??

Guess this is what the spat is about and why BB2014 are looking to sue the RFL ....who knows
