Looking at the team photo on twitter I think Welham is missing, there are 30 players there and we have 31 signed not including the 2 trialists.

Yeah I struggled to find Welham, and I couldn't see Mendieka either.
Who is the player in the middle row, at the very far left? (To the left of Ferguson).

The guy on the far left in the middle row is the only one I can't identify. Mitch Clark is in the middle somewhere, so it's not him.
Adam O' Brien had me stumped for a while, he looks so different (he's in the front row to the right of Halafihi).

This is the picture for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.
Here's who I think they all are.

Front Row (L to R): Johnny Campbell, Oscar Thomas, Addy, Halafihi, O' Brien, Purtell, Clough, Baile, Uaisele, Joe Lumb

Middle Row (L to R): ????, Ferguson, Williams, Pitts, Mitch Clark, Olbison, Ethan Ryan, Blythe, Lauaki, Kurt Haggerty

Back Row (L to R): Crossley, Gaskell, Fleming, Johnny Walker, Walshaw, Sidlow, Caro, Mellor, Ben Kavanagh, Clare.

So I think we're missing Mendieka, Welham and the two trialists.

No idea who the bloke on the middle row, far left is. Could it be Rhys Jacks?
