They certainly used to be able to print shirts. Option to order them online with a name printed on disappeared of website when OK took over. But they still had machine because you could have them done if you went into shop. Did it that way that way but took nearly half hour for two shirts so haven't bothered since. Seems an obvious revenue stream that club is missing out on. Used to get both our shirts printed home and away so an £10 x4 income on shirt sale for club. Multiply that £40 by a few hundred people doing it and clubs missing out on £10k upwards of revenue.
Me and my family are Bolton Wanderers fans and a few years ago my brother got his shirt and got Jääskeläinen printed on the back in honour of his favourite player, goalkeeper Jussi Jääskeläinen.
Was walking into the Reebok Stadium with him one day and we heard a little lad loudly ask his dad "Why can that man have Jääskeläinen on the back of his shirt and I can only have Jussi?"
His dad, equally loudly, responded, "Because he's a fat b*****d, we could only fit Jussi on yours!!"
I still wind him up about that
