Well, we played through the middle for the first 60minutes at Odsal, then we played down the flanks for the last 20. Everybody who saw that knows what to do.

So maybe, we should go down the middle again, Leigh won't be expecting that....

The line I got from the RFL was that with the majority of Championship clubs being part time, the clubs don't have the facilities or infrastructure to supply the RFL with footage of the game immediately.

Hence the week behind in disciplinary rulings.

Leigh aren't a guilty party in this respect full stop. Disciplinary hearings in the championship are always a week behind

A week behind because some clubs can not get the footage to the RFL in time.

"In time" is when it's due. It's due a week later.

I thought the delay was more to do with part time players needing some time to negotiate time off from their 'proper' jobs if they want to attend Red Hall and defend themselves at the hearing.

Obviously not a problem in SL as all players are FT but in the Championship 2 days notice isn't enough for the part time players.

Hopefully we get a strong ref on Saturday as Mr Sweet (who?!) was useless yesterday and lost any sort of control of the game in the 2nd half.

The players on report should be ok to play but Martyn Ridyard is in doubt. Suffering from serious facial injuries and one of his eyes is completely swollen shut. Would be a huge blow for us if he is unable to play at Blackpool.

I think Joe Cobb should be ref, with Child and Hicks running the lines. The 3 most competent officials in the game today
