Well that's it then in my opinion.

We can't get a team together in 2 weeks. I was just hoping the rest would stay but i can't blame them for moving on. The need a wage.

To think of the time spent going nowhere to this point is crazy, when the urgency needed as pre-season was approaching must have been apparent to all.

If we really have seen more departures today then the new owners must insist we start in L1. There is little left to salvage from the squad and avoiding relegation would be almost impossible. Ffs give the long suffering fans a break.

The game at Batley is off.. 4 more players to go, they are all just waiting to be picked off..All so very sad. Will this ever end..

Assuming that the RFL decide on who they are prepared to give a license to this week, does that realistically leave the new owner time to complete the legal process, recruit a squad and sort out all the necessary admin arrangements in order to be able to field a team for the opening week of the season?

Is there a scenario whereby the RFL might allow the club to postpone the first couple of matches to allow a bit of breathing space?
