What, no view on this from LeagueDweeb. What are we to make of it without our expert in training, physiotherapy, luck, injuries and transfer policy? I'll wait for the definite word before I celebrate.

Initially, I see this as a risk to be honest.

Two young kids, neither of whom immediately fill the obvious positional void in our squad, coming into a side already having to play our own academy forwards a bit too soon. If these lads are even half a Burgess then great stuff but at the moment I can't see how this deal will go to fixing things on the field.

But, hey ho, needs must and I hope they do a decent job. And for the forseeable, this takes us up to our 5 loanee limit.

potentially two good signings here for you guys.Baldwinson in particular.there was of uproar on the leeds board last season when the pair moved to NZ as baldwinson was breaking into our 1st team and was england academy captain I believe.

you will also have the added bonus of both lads coming back with a point to prove so they should be just the players you need in your current fight.

I'm chuffed at this news. Sure they are not the big props we need, but they are quality youngsters with a big future ahead of them.

They were picked as some of the best young English talent, just because they couldn't crack AUS/NZ, there is still plenty of time in the future.

We need numbers, especially in the forwards. These kids will raise the playing standards as our current starters will not be guaranteed to start.

Also, as Hull refused to sanction the loan of Green, I imagine Pitts and Arundal will be heading back east soon.
