Like a few SL signings, if he doesn't make an immediate impact he'll be stuck as a loanee though. I'm not sure that's particularly good for him. As always money will win out though, and we're in no position prevent it.

Saw Micks video last night and it made sense why he said it would seem he would do another year with us, the SL clubs wont part with compensation money. Also think a lot more will be decided nd will see a lot more movement once a restructuring decision has been made. Think any player going anywhere where the club may be in a bit of limbo until the decision is made is definitely right to sit tight and have chance to decide on a more secure future

Also with some better signings, a bigger, hopefully fitter squad Scurr would gets lots of game time and have a brilliant season. I don't see him quite at regular first team level at Hull and certainly not at Sts. Does anyone else think he'd do well running on the edge rather than the middle?

He takes some stopping but I'm not sure if he's quick or agile enough in defence to be an edge forward.

You might be right but I don't see him as quite big enough for SL front row. His try off Jowett's pass against Widnes showed he's not all crash crash.

I agree. He was next on the conveyor belt to step up from our academy. Had a great start to the 2020 season before it was cancelled and then didn’t get a look in this year. He fell down the pecking order when we signed Murphy and England and with them both being here next year he must have accepted that his game time would have been limited again in 2022.



It’s a sensible decision for Brad as he needs to be playing every week to develop. Hopefully releasing him won’t come back to bite us on the backside.
