Why? Bleeding' obvious innit? We were naively led to believe he was free to sign, when we announced Sheff immediately said he wasn't, we wisely if belatedly did a swift double shuffle and passed the buck to the RFL

How long do we think this process may take to sort out? I would hope the first thing we do this morning as a club is get straight on phone to RFL to see whats happening.

I think that if this isn't sorted by the end of tomorrow (Wed) then there really is a problem with the signing. If there is, I can't see us paying a transfer fee that really should be spent on the wage of a big prop. Hopefully, it will be announced very soon that he is ours.
We need him and all loans back this week and to keep them for the rest of the season.

There's a break for the cup before our next game now, right?
Don't expect any of the loanees to return until after this weekend's cup games at least.
I don't think any of our loan players got any game time for their parent clubs this weekend so with a bit of luck they will come back once this weekend is done with.

It also gives us a decent amount of time to rest up and try and get the Chisholm mess sorted.

We need to get this $hit storm sorted this week, we also need to sort out some more players from somewhere at the very least season long loans, if not we are def a gonner...

I've been told that Chizzy's contract with Sheffield runs out on the 1st of May so it won't be an issue after that anyway.

If that's true then Sheffield seem to have deliberately sabotaged us by achieving nothing except ensuring he couldn't play for us for a fortnight. That would not be nice, if they did.

paid off though!

if we would have got to 0 this weekend they would have been a step closer to relegation.

I used to like Sheff as a club, for beating Wigan at Wembley, felt sorry for them with Hudds nicking their SL place.

But after this and listening to their fans shout their players to break Jonny Campbells legs as well as 80 minutes of Bulls hate, I hope we beat them in the survival stakes and watch them go down.

Rogers lad could make a return for us then?

There's no way Sheffield are finishing below Dewsbury and Swinton, at the very least.

And I doubt Chisholm would have a made a difference in either of the Easter fixtures. Not even Thurston can do much if his pack is losing literally every collision.

That was presumed as soon as it came out. They appear to have done it purely to try and stop the bulls picking up points knowing they were losing him soon.
It doesn't take much to turn clubs and fans against each other. What a shame if this has now caused bad feelings between the two clubs.
