Are they not "consultancy" letters? They could be giving them the option of staying or going under the new owners. Isn't that a feature of the TUPE process?

The website is still down, so we'll have to rely on a "source" telling us - but if different sources tell us different times - which one do we believe?

Do we then have to have a 3 day meeting to agree which source is best?

If they have bought the existing company then no tupe occurs.

After gong through it a few times I think you're right...but usually there's a 90 day period attached isn't there?
