but don't you have your own medical team who have to acess the injury then have to do the rehab with him and its your club that will pay for any operations so to say you were not informed i find it very hard to believe.

And they are all likely using the same source, as all the reports refer to court action yet all it is is an RFL tribunal. So the original source report was wrong (or mischievous) and the "error" has seemingly been perpetuated by lazy hacks.

Be interesting to know the source of the original report, and the motives? Methinks Mischief thou art afoot...

think i read the RFL were going to take a week to think about what "training" was, so i guess it will be next tues\weds
