Its' strange hearing someone from the Bradford club discussing vultures - I wonder if they're the same ones that took Andy Lynch, Ryan Hudson and Michael Platt, along with an attempt to get Michael Shenton when they became free agents when we were on our knees facing life in the National League a few years back. To me there is very little difference. Clubs only have their own interest at heart, the rugby league family is a family to an extent, until another team can benefit

While I agree it's probably hypocritical of Franny to say the vultures are circling as we did the same thing on our pomp, you can hardly blame him for doing everything in his power to keep hold of the squad

Didn't we take all above when their contracts expired? Would agree slightly different or do we deem any out of contract player signing elsewhere as not morally acceptable

That said you can't blame wakefield for enquiring! let's hope they have done it in correct way and we can get a fee

Yes, Cas had been relegated due to on field results and we, like many clubs had before us, signed players from the recently relegated club.

And questions have to be asked on how Wakefield who oh so recently had to shed a load of players to "cut their cloth" can now afford to go out signing more players.

On a different subject, assuming we can still sign loan players is there a limit to how many you can have at once??

Cas had already been relegated. And were free agents, Had we been relegated then the players would be free agents. But we have not been yet. Although Wakefield seem to be doing their bit to make sure we are.

Can't blame scrutes at all. Great guy, needs to do what's best for his family.

Think Agar is realising the only way he'll avoid relegation is to weaken his rivals -pi$$ poor coach, previously I would have wanted wakefield to stay up but can't say I'm feeling much love for them now!
