Right now, the way Leigh/Bradford/Sheffield/London/Halifax are playing compared to Wakey/Hull Kr/Widnes/Salford....NOBODY is getting promoted.

Funny as if you guys beat Huddersfield though, right? I could be tempted to cheer for you under those circumstances.

ha ha, you know what I'm saying. WHICHEVER teams are in the bottom 4 of SL (Leeds, Huddersfield, Castleford, Hull) will they lose to a championship side in the middle 8's ? Not seen Bradford play this season, but I somehow doubt any champ side will get promoted.

Agreed. Not this year. We need poor teams in collapse. Not good teams collapsing to the level of poor teams.

I can't see Leeds being in the Middle 8's to be honest. They will have a period later in the year and go on a winning streak and finish 6-8. Huddersfield though are a different proposition as are Hull KR. These two could be serious contenders for the Middle 8's.

I think Leigh could just force their way in and do it, given the right circumstances. As long as they do not face Leeds in the MPG. Leeds should romp the middle 8s.

Leigh have been ravished by injuries, absentees and adversity but are still sitting pretty at the top. Higham,Weston, Moimoi, Harrison and Paterson are seasoned pro's,quality at this level and Sam Hopkins is a mobile try scoring prop forward who is on fire.

They have unearthed a real gem in 21 year old scrum half Ben Reynolds who has formed a great half back partnership with Ridyard of late.

Long way to go, but with one championship club guaranteed to be in the MPG. Leigh have proven if they click on the day, they can win a one off game v SL oposition.

I think their expereience of the 8s last season will ensure they are stronger in it this year.
