If he is 50/50 for Sunday then that is good news. It probably means it isn't that serious an injury. He was walking about after the game last weekend. If he is fit then I would start him on the bench. If the forwards play the same again this weekend I expect us to be good enough with Keys and Lilley anyway. I wouldn't bring him on if not needed in that last 20 minutes to make sure he is completely right for next week.

Unfortunately we've all seen reports of players that were 50/50 for the weekend, don't play, and then it gets repeated for months. After all isn't Toovey's visa imminent (for the last 3 months)

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to be honest, its about the size of the Bulls luck. First Sheffield f**k about for a few months, then he gets a season ending injury in his first game. That would fit the seasons's script perfectly.

I think that was more last season to be honest i.e 'Gaskell will be fit next week....'

This season we don't get any reports at all!

So Dane only went for a scan yesterday? Why? Why wait 5 days before assessing the injury?

He went for a scan on Wednesday. So results wouldn't be known until then. The person that told me this is a reliable source. I neither know or care who this psychic Fax fan is but that club has some world class poop stirrer supporters as recent events prove.
