What was Sam Hallas doing today? I couldn't work out if he'd had a bet with someone that he wouldn't throw a single pass all game, or if he really is completely devoid of any vision or handling skills? Every time he got the ball he killed the play completely and just ran with his head down into the nearest defender. On the one occasion he actually made a line break, he STILL didn't pass to the guy supporting him!
That's my only gripe, other than that we scored some nice tries. Great kicking by Dane also, 20/21 is some effort.

Totally agree with you and I will add Gibson. Dalton Grant must fume at the chances he could have had if Gibson would have passed.
Not much to say really, which seems a bit churlish after they scored 124 points.
This division is the most awful of any I've ever seen, not just the scores, we all know that when a team gets a roll on, even decent sides can get blown away in modern day RL, but the clear mis-match between the sides in fitness, ability, physicality, tactics, knowledge of the game was far wider than is good for the game, imo.
Congrats to Dane though, 20 from 21 is awesome and kicks are the same in any division and against any opposition. Gate was 3398 according to the T&A.

I'd imagine the gate was down on the back of how nice a day it was yesterday combined with the opposition. WWR aren't going to bring many fans and there'd be a section of walk up Bulls fans who aren't keen on spending £20 to see a massacre.
I was talking to the only (?) WW Raiders fan there, who was a nice bloke despite having been up to York the week before too. He told us about how they were down to about their 4th choice players at the moment, due to travel, work commitments and some of their players just plain stopping turning up to practices/games.
He was a knowledgable bloke and we talked about the future of the game, where WW Raiders were heading and some famous Welsh Bulls/Northern players of old too. He was sorely annoyed about the young welsh players being picked off by SL teams instead of working their way up through his, or similar, teams instead, which seems to be a better idea for the longevity of the sport. But when did SL/RFL ever consider that anyway.
I'll deffo be going to the return fixture, if only to support their club.
What exactly does Ashley Gibson bring to the table, if he is one of the best centres we have then we are in trouble, he simply does nothing with ball in hand, we must have better surely, where is Oakes, him and Ryan where a great partnership last season, the only time Ryan seems to score these days is from a kick in the air, and what of the decking ball Ross pelts, he needs his contract extending trust me on this form it’s hard for other teams not to notice how well he is playing, he straight away puts us on the front foot every time he touches the ball, well done rocking ball ross
