Just shouldn't be this far short when we are only fighting for 4th in the Championship.Even with dodgy refereeing we are way off where we need to be.Full-time professional outfit and can't compete..A clear out needed and an understanding of what is needed to be competitive in this division.Whether about ground share,further investment,changes in the management or recruitment of players..questions need to be answered..we cannot accept such abysmal failure throughout the 1st team setup.Amazing that we still have a youth set up that offers much hope.Although Diskin will be on his way...What a shambles.
