Summary of League Express report:

Energy company believed to be owed a 5 figure sum.
Two local travel companies, suppliers and other clubs believed to be owed money.

Says in the report the club are trying to sell Rowan Milnes & Matty Storton to raise money.

"At least two" players informing the club of contract termination over the pension issue but that Bulls don't believe they have the right to terminate.

Also something about a report into the Odsal acquisition, but if I'm honest, I'm not all that bothered about that nowadays.

That's gut wrenching regarding Milnes & Storton. But it sounds like it's the only alternative to admin and them leaving for nothing anyway.

Assuming the above is correct, is that it? Gee, most of this is old news. What are journos up to !? Has CB even been interviewed?

The energy company is Hudson Energy and yes they are owed a shed load of money.

There are many, many creditors, and many of them are owed high five figure sums.

The two local travel companies are we understand City Travel and Williams Coaches. Ask any player; the club had we understand been unable to reliably pay for coaches for away matches since the second half of last season - the Hunslet away game last season being a classic example; we understand Kear did his nut at the time, and who can blame him.

The CCJ's can be found on the internet in an instance. CCJ's are NOT a winding up petition; well not just yet anyhow, and no debtor with potential losses of say <£20K-£30K would waste throwing good money after bad to pay lawyers to oversee a WUP process. It's usually the likes of the HMRC etc who do that, as was the case with Green's BBNL.

Yes they are trying to sell Milnes and Storton, but we understand that these 2 players (and others) could in theory walk regardless in any event due to yet another alleged Bulls administrative cock up. Don't ask us to explain; it should be disclosed in the 'reliable' press (and not a RL rag) soon enough. In any case, if CB is looking to offload two quality youngsters then that surely proves once and for all that his so called consortium has no meaningful financial backers. If CB did have meaningful investors in the wings then the 'consortium' would on balance surely look to hang on to their valuable assets, not offload them in a fire sale.

As for "At least two" players informing the club of contract termination over the pension issue but that Bulls don't believe they have the right to terminate". We'd side with the players on that one, but our friends the RFL may still hold a gun to their head, or even god forbid threaten or bully them for having the bare faced cheek to obtain legal advice!

As for Odsal ..... well if you think Odsal is history guys ... think again.

Anyhow, most of the article (if that's all there is in it) is old news.

CB ... if you and your gang are serious players, and as we said earlier ..... SHOW ME (or the fans etc) THE MONEY.

In league weekly Chris Brereton says he's 90% confident of completing the takeover. Says Chalmers is on the other side of the world so they're just trying to get an exact picture of the debt involved which could scupper things. Says Nigel Wood isn't involved in the consortium but could come on board at a later date. Says John Kear his keen to stay on which I think would be absolutely crucial as looks like next season will be all about survival while we try and get our finances under control.

Thanks for that BM; thought there must have been a bit more in the rag 'article'.

Anyhow, we believe what CB is reported to have said above is largely twaddle or may be the start of yet another Bulls smokescreen.

AC is relatively easy to get hold of; trust us. AC may not have disappeared for ever; it's just that because of the pension scandal, and other potentially even bigger upcoming scandals - the news of which has yet to be disclosed (even in all likelihood to CB) - then AC had we understand become a liability. He in all likelihood was advised by the alleged puppet master to go home to NZ for a while and lie low. Maybe Russ M could be best advised to do the same!

There is in fact a reasonably reliable list of creditors; even we've seen it FFS! CB has been calling all of them in the last week. which is logical. Anyhow, as a taster you can add to the list of creditors our two most recent shirt manufacturers (Kappa being the most recent) who along with some former staff are all owed high value five figure sums.

Hey, as for Nigel should we welcome him with open arms!? He can only do good for the Bulls; can't he!? That said, Nigel must be way too conflicted to be openly or formally associated with the Bulls, despite having been a permanent fixture at Odsal S B 'stadium' and at most of our away games for the past 18 months or so. Wonder how much NW paid for his VIP season tickets?

I tend to agree with that. It's absolutely sht that the club have to sell their best young prospects, but at the end of the day if that's what it takes for the debts to get paid off and the club to start building towards being debt free and stable, then sell em all. As long as the long term sees the club on a nice stable financial platform, then I'm fine with what needs to happen to get it there.
If it's just firefighting, which is what the Olly Wilson sale appears to be, then that's a totally different matter. It has to be a fix for long term stableness rather than a short term plaster over the wound.

This poop has gone on too long now. Too many people have too many hidden agenda’s in all this. Too many people are just downright crooks, too many people are just talking poop. Too much he said she said. We all know where the blame lies. Just stop all this poop, it’s really not helping with what is actually going on

Too many people think they are in the know, when clearly they are not, just guessing as usual and causing a lot more poop at the same time.
Peoples futures and careers are in the balance here and some people are trying to point score. Really???? Get a bleeding grip.
