Exactly. This delay apparently won't affect the deal. No need for secrecy.

Hands up I did and it was until the administrator allowed a bid after the original deadline. Credit goes to the new owner and their patience for staying with it.

Quite rare in solicitor land.. but if the new owner is worth 400 million then maybe he/she has called in a few favours and paid for the extra fees to complete?
